Fast turnaround time and accurate estimates (both how long it will take and how much it will cost) are extremely important, but nothing is more important than customer satisfaction. In order to accomplish this, we offer a few features you probably won’t find elsewhere:

The best pricing available. If you can find someone else offering the same service for a lower cost, we’ll match it and be 10% lower.
No charge for problems we cant fix.. Sometimes we may encounter a situation where we can't fix the problem. If such an event occurs, you won't be billed for that area of work.
No inital fee/charge. Try going, well, anywhere and they'll almost certainly have a fee for you just bringing in your computer. We don't charge to examine and give an estimate for basic diagnostics.
Superior communication. Check the status of your request anytime to see how it’s coming along.
