Our pricing structure is based on what tasks need to be done. Sometimes
there's just a flat rate, other times we're going to charge by the hour.
If the service your looking at has a fixed estimated price next to it, then
that's the price for that service. However if it says 'hourly rates',
you'll want to review the table below to get an idea of the cost.
One thing to note is that your not going to be charged for us to tell you how
much your going to be charged! In other words, we'll estimate the job for
free, if you decide to use our services, great! If we have to travel to
you, there would be a charge for that, but if you bring your equipment to us,
you'll have an estimate for nothing.
General Pricing Info |
- Our hourly rate for Technical Support is $50 per hour with half-an-hour minimum.
What's this mean exactly? If we set up your network and it takes 30
minutes or less, the charge will be for half-an-hour of work, or $25.
- After the first half-an-hour, billing is done in 15 minute increments.
What's this mean exactly? If it takes 45 minutes to do some work, the
charge would be $37.50. If there's some gray area, like 50 minutes, we'll
round up or down accordingly.
- Travel costs apply when we come to you, and are exclusive from hourly rates.
The fee will be $10 initial, then .50 per mile driven. So if your 5 miles
away, the travel fee will be $12.50.
- Payment may be made in cash or most credit cards.
- Our hourly rate for Software/Website Development is $60 per hour with hour
minimum. After the first hour, billing is done in 15 minute increments.
Billing begins at the construction phase of the project.

But what if something goes wrong?
We're not perfect, and sometimes we may forget things. We'll do our best
to perform adequate quality assurance before concluding our services, but if you
discover something that doesn't seem right, let us know and we'll provide you
with a free follow-up session. Yep, totally free, no travel charges or
anything. Now if we did a service like a restore, then you downloaded a
virus and it erased your PC, that's not covered. But if it's something
that we forgot, like putting your bookmarks back or your sound isn't working
when it once did, that's our fault and we'll take care of it.
